Med-E-Serv has a commitment to ensure the PriMeD education website will be available to its target audience 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In our experience, peak usage time of medical websites is between 6-12pm on weeknights and weekends. Med-E-Serv ensures website usability during these times. Periodically, Med-E-Serv will take down the website for standard maintenance in times of minimum utilisation. Med-E-Serv will advise website users in advance when taking the website down for maintenance.
