Your privacy is important to Med-E-Serv. This service has been
developed to enable us to provide services to you while holding
your personal information privately, confidentially and securely.
Personal information collected through the PriMeD education
service includes the information you enter during the registration
process. This information is used solely to:
- Personalise your learning experience
- Record your progress through education modules
- Provide aggregate data for statistical reporting to the third-party stakeholder
on the trends of use of this service.
Information you submit via education module pre-tests, post-tests
and evaluation forms is de-identified and only provided to the PriMeD
in the form of aggregated data.
Your contributions to any online discussions within the education
modules are only available to your colleagues within your learning
group and the group's Facilitator.
Your registration details are available to Med-E-Serv Service/Support staff
for the purpose of providing support to you through your use of the
Education Service. Make sure you keep your student profile information
up to date so that we can assist you as quickly and efficiently
as possible, by reviewing
your profile.

When you are using the PriMeD service at work, or in any
shared environment workplace, its important that when you have finished
your session, you follow the "Logout" link at the top
of the left-hand navigation bar. This will "close" your
session. It will ensure no one else will be able to come to the
computer and use the PriMeD service with your login details.
This is protection for your login, and will ensure that other people's
activities are not mistakenly logged against your student profile.
